Tom Coleman leads IBM programs across the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). As Lead Account Partner, he has responsibility for achieving customer satisfaction, delivering on desired outcomes, and meeting financial targets. Tom has been supporting the homeland security enterprise since 2004, including a long history of helping FEMA modernize. His toughest (and most rewarding) project was leading IBM efforts at FEMA in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Tom has undergraduate degree (2001) and Exec MBA (2009) from Georgetown University, McDonough School of Business.
Tom was lucky enough to meet his wife Jessie at Georgetown. Jessie Coleman is a Senior Economist at Baker McKenzie LLP, where she specializes transfer pricing and tax consulting. She also worked in transfer pricing at CRAI, and at PwC, Jessie worked on the 9/11 Victims Compensation Fund. Jessie has undergraduate degree (2001) from McDonough School of Business and MBA (2005) from Univ. of Maryland.
