Molly Scalise graduated from Georgetown College in 2010 with a major in American Studies. After graduating, she worked for four years at Rachel’s Network, a nonprofit network of women philanthropists in the environmental movement. In 2015, she completed the Farmer Training Program at the University of Vermont, earning a certificate in sustainable farming. As a student in the program, she spent six life-changing months working on an organic vegetable farm and learning about the sustainable food movement in Vermont. For the past year, she has served as communications manager at FRESHFARM, a nonprofit that promotes sustainable agriculture and improves food access and equity in the Mid-Atlantic region, primarily by operating farmers markets in the DC area. In her free time, Molly sings in a band and enjoys playing guitar, biking around the city, dancing, and cooking.
Erin Auel is a research associate at the Center for American Progress where she focuses on clean energy and climate change policy. Erin graduated in 2014 from the college with a major in government and minors in environmental studies and French. At Georgetown, she was active in GUSA, Blue & Gray, and College Democrats.
