Emily Liner is a Senior Policy Advisor in the Economic Program at Third Way, a centrist Democratic think tank in Washington, DC. In this role, Emily contributes research and analysis on topics including Dodd-Frank, infrastructure, and labor markets, and her work on the gender pay gap was cited in The New York Times and Bloomberg. Previously, Emily spent five years with a campaign consulting firm, working with Congressman Sandy Levin (D-MI), among others. At Georgetown, Emily served in various capacities at The Hoya and studied abroad in Lyon, France. She graduated from the College in 2008 with a major in Government and minors in French and history and went on to receive a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a native of Mississippi.
